Mental Health NOW: The Possibility of Wellness

What would be possible if Mental Health Conditions were viewed as gifts of consciousness that require effective management and responsible use? These conditions are not who we are but how we temporarily feel, even as they have shaped and influenced our lives. It is important for us to realize that no matter how we feel, we matter and make a difference in the world. What it is to be human would be diminished if we were not here to express it.
